By visiting our website or entering into a service agreement with Visryn Technologies, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and our services.

Visryn Technologies provides software engineering services including, but not limited to, artificial intelligence development, computer vision systems, AI automation, custom software, cloud infrastructure, and data engineering. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work ("SOW") or service agreement signed by both parties.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the exclusive property of Visryn Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• Upon full payment of all fees, custom deliverables specified in the SOW are assigned to the client. Visryn Technologies retains ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property, internal tools, frameworks, and libraries used in the delivery of services.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without prior written permission.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for service delivery.
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Ensure you hold the necessary rights to any materials, data, or third-party content provided to us.
• Make payments in accordance with the agreed schedule.

All fees are as set out in the applicable SOW or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Invoices are due within 14 days of issue.
• Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.
• We reserve the right to suspend services on accounts more than 30 days overdue.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during an engagement and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Visryn Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our website or services — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Visryn Technologies warrants that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. All other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing 30 days' written notice, unless the SOW specifies otherwise. Upon termination, you shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. We may terminate immediately for material breach, including non-payment.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
